One of the strangest request I have received for the club was for us to host a HFT competition between the Happy Mondays pop group and staff from the FHM magazine who were doing an article and video on the group..
This was done with some trepidation, knowing the 'Mondays reputation, but they couldn't have been nicer or better behaved.
It was an interesting experience for our members who gave one-to-one coaching and witnessed the making of a professional video.
Theres never a dull moment at Rivington R. ! |
